Shipping & Exchange Policy

Shipping Information:

Sea Sea Aloha products are designed and printed in Hawaii. Orders will be shipped via USPS priority air and you will receive a tracking number when your order is placed

 

Exchange Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.  We offer exchanges for an item of equal value. Exchanged merchandise must be in the condition that is was received, unworn & unused and must be shipped back to us in the original packaging.  All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to the exchange, shipping charges are non-refundable. Sea Sea Aloha is not responsible for any lost items sent back for exchange, please use delivery confirmation and tracking information when you send us the item(s) to be exchanged.

If merchandise arrives damaged, we require customers to email us a photo of the damaged goods in order to process a replacement to seaseaaloha@gmail.com
